• Valid from 1^st January, 2026 to 15^th March, 2026. not valid on long weekends and blackout dates. Valid for a minimum of 02 nights stay.
• Booking to be made a minimum of 07 days prior to arrival.
• Prices are for a maximum of 08 pax and any additional guests will be charged extra. Prices exclude GST.
• The package includes stay in May Cottage, Breakfast, 01 Lunch, 01 Dinner, 01 High Tea, 01 Bonfire, 01 Barbeque Dinner Set Menu and pick-up & drop till Jaberkhet.
• Spa service is available at Rokeby Manor Landour. Prior appointment required to avail spa services, so a pick up can be arranged accordingly.
• Please note that spa facilities are not applicable for pregnant women and guests below 18 years of age.
• Booking for all activities / facilities that are part of the package must be made in advance to ensure availability. The hotel is not responsible to ensure that these package inclusions are made available if no advance bookings have been made.
• Please inform us of any allergies and dietary requirements at the time of booking.
• Picnic sundowner is subject to weather conditions.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation by you 21 days before arrival – full refund.
• Amendments or reduction in the number of guests are subject to availability and the hotel’s cancellation policy.
